Unfortunately, there are some bad people out there who want to scam both breeders and those looking for puppies. A couple of tips...never send money via Western Union or Cashier's Check. If someone tries these method's stay away....there is no course of action to get your money back if you are scammed.  Shipping a puppy also costs at least $350. If someone is advertising a very low price for a Coton De Tulear, it is probably a scammer. Please be careful!
